I'm currently completing a three-month Parts Work Coaching training to expand my certification as a Life Coach.I'm looking for a few Beta Clients who would like to experience Parts Work with me.You don't need any previous experience with Parts Work.Just curiosity about yourself and a willingness to explore.Beta Clients will receive seven 60-minute coaching sessions over three months at $30 per session ($210 total).INTERESTED?

I've been curious about the inner workings of being human for a long time.Why can we want two completely different things at once? Why does one part of us know exactly what we want while another part digs in its heels? Why do old patterns keep showing up even when we understand them?Parts Work gave me a way to approach those questions with curiosity instead of judgment.Instead of treating the different parts of ourselves as problems to fix, we can get curious about them. We can listen to what they have to say, understand why they're here, and discover what they might need.My background in Life Coaching, Positive Psychology, archetypal psychology, nervous system regulation, and contemplative practices shapes how I approach this work.I believe meaningful change happens when we create enough safety and space to listen to ourselves with curiosity and compassion.There are many parts of you...
